也许，现在你还看不到它带来的好处，但是年轻时就养成领导特质是非常重要的，
As we get older,it becomes harder to overcome bad habits and replace them with good ones.
因为随着我们慢慢的长大，要丢掉坏习惯，养成好习惯就很困难了。
Possessing leadership qualities is essential,both in this life and in the world to come.
在现在的生活中以及以后，领导特质都是必不可少的。

There are certain qualities that one needs to developin order to become a leader:
要成为领导者，我们需要发展以下品质：
justice, judgment, dependability,initiative, decisiveness, tact, integrity, enthusiasm, poise, unselfishness, courage, knowledge and loyalty.
要有正义感，要有判断力，要可靠，要积极，要果断，要机智，要正直，要热情，要稳重，要无私，要有勇气，要有知识和要忠诚等。
You may recognize these as good qualities to have, without realizing how they apply to leadership.
也许你觉得这些品质都很好，不过没想过如何应用于领导，
The more that these qualities are part of your nature, the more productive and enjoyable your life will be.
但这些品质你拥有的越多，生活就会越高效，你也会感觉越快乐。
All of these are qualities that one must possess to one degree or another.
这些品质，要一个个逐步获得，
Contrary to popular opinion,leadership is something that is learned.
不像大家想的那样，其实领导特质是学来的，
No one is born a leader.
没有人天生就是领导者的。
We are all capable of exhibiting the leadership qualities mentioned above—
some just choose not to.
我们每个人都有获得以上领导者品质的能力，只是有些人还没有被开发而已。

Of course, not everyone can be the “top dog,” led alone all the time.
当然，不是所有人都能成为领头羊的，也没有人可以一直是领头者。
However, everyone does have the capacity to lead in some way—but action is required!
但是，只要行动起来，每个人都能在某个方面成为领导者的！
Understand that learning is a fact of life—
我们得明白这个生活常识—
learning to ride a bike, learning to drive, learning to type, learning mathematics, etc.
学骑自行车，学开车，学打字，学习数学等，
All of these activities require action.

While we are born with many different abilities,

if we do not harness and develop them,

those abilities will never come to fruition.

Take the time to study each one in detail.

Also, study the lives of great leaders.

The results will serve you in this life—and beyond!
