2、QoS流行为配置
2.1、创建一个流行为并进入流行为视图，或进入已存在的流行为视图。

包含remark 8021p动作的流策略应用在接口出方向时，出接口VLAN必须工作在tag方式。
不能在同一个流行为中同时配置remark 8021p和remark local-precedence。
在同一流行为中，remark destination-mac命令不能和redirect ip-nexthop、redirect ip-multihop命令同时配置。
